in green tea could prevent strokes. Scientists at Leeds and Lancaster universities found epigallocatechin-3gallate (EGcG) breaks up protein build-up that can cut blood flow to the brain. They are looking at how to get it into the bloodstream without patients having to drink potentially harmful levels of green tea.
