STRAWBERRY, BASIL & LEMON WATER 0 SmartPoint­s per serving Serves 8

PUT 2 litres of cold water, 250g halved, hulled strawberri­es, 1 thinly sliced lemon and a large handful of fresh basil leaves in a jug. Place this in the fridge and leave it there to chill for 1-2 hours to let the flavours infuse. Pour over ice to serve.

LEMONGRASS & LIME COCONUT WATER 1 SmartPoint per serving Serves 8

THINLY slice the pale lower section of 1 lemongrass stalk and cut the remaining stalk into lengths. Put in a jug with 1 litre of coconut water, 1 litre of water, 1 thinly sliced lime and fresh mint leaves. Infuse in the fridge for 1-2 hours, then serve over ice. Garnish with extra lemongrass stalks, if you like.

CUCUMBER, ORANGE & MINT WATER 0 SmartPoint­s per serving Serves 8

PUT 2 litres of cold water in a jug. Add 1 cucumber, thinly sliced on the diagonal, 1 halved and thinly sliced orange, and a large handful of fresh mint leaves. Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours to infuse, then serve over ice with an extra sprig of mint.
