MATERIALS engineering group V ersarien po wered ahead y esterday as it announced it had made ‘significant advances’ in incorporating its gr aphene product into batteries.
The firm ended the da y up 9.5pc, or 12p, at 138p, as it said it ‘looks forward to commercial products becoming available in due course’.
Versarien is w orking to include its minuscule Nanene graphene platelets in batteries and supercapacitors, to reduce charging times.
