a company that makes computer technology for use in laboratori­es is moving into a new london office.

Synthace said it would initially move 40 staff to the West works building, in White City, with the number likely to rise to 80 within a year. The company, based in King’s Cross, london, makes cloud computing software used by scientists to more efficientl­y run their labs.

Synthace said it would take 13,000 sq ft of space at West works.

It is the latest life sciences firm to relocate to White City, where Imperial College has a campus that includes top research facilities.

The site is located next to the former BBC Television Centre.
