ARSENAL LAND GUENDOUZI, 19

ARSENAL have signed French midfielder Matteo Guendouzi, 19, from Lorient. He is the fifth summer signing by new manager Unai Emery. Guendouzi joins the Gunners along with Uruguay international Lucas Torreira, unveiled on Tuesday, as well as full back Stephan Lichtsteiner, goalkeeper Bernd Leno and centre back Sokratis Papastathopoulos. EVERTON are in talks with Barcelona over a move for Colombia defender Yerry Mina. Everton had hoped to agree a one-season loan but Barca are looking for a fee to offset the £32m they are spending on Sevilla’s Clement Lenglet. BOURNEMOUTH are interested in £17.5m Leganes left back Diego Rico. Like Everton, they were keen on Celtic’s Kieran Tierney but were put off by his £25m price tag. Spain’s Rico is seen as better value.
