Look who’s hand in hand again!
SHE looked a bit awkward the last time he took her hand.
Yesterday Theresa May appeared far more comfortable when Donald Trump led her up the steps at Blenheim Palace. The President even appeared to appeal for a helping hand from the Prime Minister as he walked up the red-carpeted stairs at the historic property.
Mr Trump – who is said to have a fear of slopes or stairs known as bathmophobia – at one point seemed to grasp at thin air before the pair linked hands and entered the palace.
The PM famously took the President’s hand when they posed for photos in Washington in January.
Images of them walking hand in hand through the corridors of the White House were quickly put down to the 45th President’s fear of ‘sharp inclines’. Mr Trump has previously admitted how much he hates shaking hands because of the risk of germs – referring to himself as a ‘clean hands freak’.
