Minimum price for Sky

SKY shareholders will make at least £14 per share after the uk’s takeover regulator said Disney will have to raise its takeover price if it is successful in a proposed takeover of 21st century Fox. The Takeover Panel has said Disney will have to offer minority shareholders the price.

This is because Disney has since increased its offer for Fox, whose assets include its stake in uk broadcaster Sky.
