BOUQUET OF LILIES CLOCK

ANOTHER item from the Romanovs’ enormous collection of Fabergé jewellery, the clock has a hand covered in diamonds, the gold body is divided into 12 segments by strips of diamonds and the lilies and roses on top are made of gold, platinum and more diamonds. The mechanism is wound up using a fluted gold key. Tsar Nicholas gave it to the Tsarina as an Easter present in 1899.
