GERRARD: OUR ATTACKING PLAY MUST IMPROVE

RANGERS boss Steven Gerrard was unhappy with his side’s attacking play as they reached the second qualifying round of the Europa League with a goalless draw against Shkupi in Macedonia. After sealing a 2-0 aggregate win, Gerrard admitted: ‘I’m concerned with the lack of quality in the final third. We have to improve.’ They now play either Croatia’s Osijek or Moldova’s Petrocub.
