With one weight in each hand, start with your elbows lifted high and the we i g h t s behind your head.

Straighten your arms by lifting the weights above your head.

If you struggle to get your elbows high, start at shoulder height, keep them at shoulder height and then straighten your arms out in front.

Go for 15-20 reps. If you feel that you could do 100 then swap to a heavier weight.
