Goldmans bank sued

INVESTMENT bank Goldman Sachs is being sued by a top banker who claims he was fired after complaining about its dealings with an unidentified ‘ notorious European businessman’.

Christopher Rollins is seeking at least £39m and says two senior bankers met the businessman, to sign him up and steered £1.6bn past money-laundering controls. Goldman denies the claims at District Court in New York.
