A HEADLINE on a Shakespeare Diary item (August 8) suggested that Donald Campbell’s nephew, Don Wales, thought the restoration of the Bluebird was ‘an insult.’ We are happy to clarify that Mr Wales thinks the Bluebird Project has done a magnificent job with the restoration but believes the boat should not be driven out of respect for his uncle.
