THREE STEPS TO DELICIOUS
Yummy recipes from just 3 ingredients. This week: FIZZY ORANGE SHERBETS
MAKES 6 LOLLIES
1. In a large jug, thoroughly whisk the orange juice and caster sugar.
2. Add the bicarbonate of soda, a little at a time, so it doesn’t overflow.
3. If it’s too sweet, add more juice, or a spoonful of sugar if it’s bitter.
4. Leave for 15 to 20 minutes. Decant into a six-hole lolly mould with six sticks. Fill it up to three-quarters full.
5. Freeze for at least four hours. Enjoy!
