Great British Menu, 7.30pm, BBC2 AS THE professional cookery contest returns for a new, nine-week run, 24 of the nation’s top chefs launch their campaigns to cook a dish that will feature on the menu of a banquet to celebrate the 70th birthday of the NHS. This week our judges Oliver Peyton, Andi Oliver and Matthew Fort (pictured) are testing palates in the northeast region.
