Japanese firms J-Power and Kansai electric Power are buying a 41pc stake in Triton

Knoll Offshore Wind Farm, from Innogy. The farm, off the Lincolnshire coast, is due to supply 800,000 homes with renewable electricity.

Innogy was the sole owner of the farm after buying out norway’s statkraft last year.
