CHRIS FURBER claims he has learned lessons after it was found that a ‘climate of fear’ existed in the British Para-swimming team he runs. Performance director Furber told BBC Sport: ‘I’m sorry that I led a team where some athletes did not feel comfortable. I am working hard to make sure I create an environment where all athletes feel they can come and talk to me in any situation.’
