‘Tick box’ lenders

SoMe lenders are missing the mark with customer complaints, the financial watchdog has found. The financial Conduct authority says some mortgage lenders are using a ‘tick box’ approach to handling borrowers’ complaints rather than good sense. Mortgage lenders have been warned to stop relying on policies and procedures and put customers’ interests first.
