VIRTUAL assistant Alexa can now tell Aviva customers the value of their pension. MyAviva customers can check their retirement funds by linking a pension ‘skill’ to their Amazon Echo device and asking it directly. A spokesman for the Association of British Insurers says: ‘Using new technology to help consumers engage with retirement planning can only be a good thing.’
