WHEN my two-and-a-halfyear-old grandson Ethan’s goldfish died recently, his older sisters, Ginny and Jess, buried the fish in the garden. The next day I was showing Ethan some pictures of sharks that had been published in the Mail, when he told me his fish had died. I told him not to be sad, because it would now be swimming in fish heaven. ‘No,’ he said emphatically. ‘He is in the mud.’ Dave Hartley, Weston-super-Mare, Somerset.
