One law for the cops

SPEEDING fines are said to generate £100 million, but why aren’t officers prosecuted for exceeding the speed limit in police vehicles?

On at least three occasions in the past year while travelling on the M4 and M5, I have been overtaken by marked police vehicles, not motorway patrol vehicles, travelling at excessive speed while not using their blue lights.
