EVERTON’S KEANE OUT WITH FRACTURED SKULL
EVERTON defender Michael Keane will not be able to resume training for up to four weeks after he suffered a small hairline fracture of his skull in a collision against Bournemouth. Keane, 25, was carried off in stoppage time after a clash of heads with team-mate Idrissa Gueye. Everton said Keane suffered the fracture and ‘no other complications’.
