Serum, speakers, scented candles: Vogue’s baby bag
HEAVILY pregnant Vogue Williams is refusing to let impending motherhood cramp her style.
The 32-year-old TV presenter, who married Pippa Middleton’s brotherin-law, former Made In Chelsea lothario Spencer Matthews, in June, has revealed she’s taking two suitcases to the hospital crammed full of expensive beauty products, worth more than £ 500, as she prepares to give birth to their son.
Sharing snaps online from inside each of the £350 Bugaboo cases, she explains: ‘I just couldn’t fit everything into the small bag.
‘I was told to take two bags — one for labour, and one for after labour
— and I just thought this is handier to have both.’
In an attempt to stay glamorous throughout the ordeal, she has packed eye serums, body lotion, cleanser, cream and face wipes — as well as some more practical items including energy tablets, nappies, ear plugs and an eye mask. ‘Hospitals can be very noisy,’ she observes shrewdly.
Vogue and Old Etonian Spencer, 29, recently revealed they will pay tribute to his late brother — who died in 1999 aged 22 during his bid to become the youngest Briton to climb Everest — by using Michael as one of two middle names for the baby.
