ALAN CUMMING’S enjoyably hammy ex-CIA man is back working with the police again in episode two. He’s called to the scene of the even hammier murder of a venture capitalist, and the ensuing case is solidly interesting — but the main business here is solidifying the chemistry between Dylan (Cumming) and his cop partner, Detective Lizzie Needham (Bojana Novakovic).
