its presenter, the BBC’s chief narcissist David Dimbleby, spends too much time droning on and repeating the audience’s questions as if viewers are too ignorant to understand them.

along with that other piece of ancient BBC boredom, Desert island Discs, it proves that notwithstanding the enormous amount of cash flowing into it, the BBC has minimal talent for producing new programmes.

This is probably down to the fact it doesn’t have to earn its keep. if you’re paid huge wads of taxpayer cash, you can broadcast any old rubbish.
