BURGESS TO PLAY OUT HIS CAREER IN SYDNEY

ENGLAND rugby league forward Sam Burgess is set to see out his career with South Sydney after signing a four-year contract extension. The influential 29-year-old changed codes to join Bath in 2015, winning five England caps, but returned to Sydney after a disappointing World Cup. Burgess, who joined the Rabbitohs from Bradford in 2010, said: ‘I’m a Rabbitohs man. It’s as simple as that. It was an easy decision for me.’
