Can you spot the difference, mocks Russia

-

MOSCOW yesterday mocked British claims that a two-man hit squad sanctioned by the Kremlin carried out the poisoning.

The Russian Embassy in London used its Twitter account to make light of the attack, inviting readers to ‘spot the difference’ between these pictures, left.

One shows UK specialists dealing with the nerve agent in hazmat suits, while the other comes from CCTV of the suspects in Salisbury, apparently carrying novichok in a backpack or pocket without any protection.

The caption read: ‘Men “working with the most deadly military grade toxin of high purity”. How many differences can you spot?’

Vladimir Putin’s spokesman said yesterday Russia ‘has no reasons’ to investigate the suspects because Britain had not asked for its legal assistance.
