Is there a second bottle of novichok?

A SECOND bottle of deadly novichok disguised as a perfume could still lie undetected after being dumped by the Russian assassins, police fear.

Detectives admitted they cannot be sure if the counterfeit bottle of Nina Ricci found after Dawn Sturgess’s death is the same used to target Sergei Skripal.

Officers have conducted a search across Salisbury looking for a second bottle potentially used in the March attack.

Residents are being warned not to pick up any foreign objects.

The discarded bottle, believed to be brought into Britain by the Russian hitmen, was picked up by Charlie Rowley, whose girlfriend Miss Sturgess then applied the nerve agent to her wrists.

Head of UK counter-terror policing, Neil Basu, said: ‘We don’t yet know if it is the same bottle used in both poisonings.’
