Park the charges

NOW Wales has joined Scotland in discarding the cruel charges for hospital car parking, how long will it take England and Northern Ireland to follow suit?

These charges are levied on the poor, disabled, elderly and grieving relatives. We should claw back some foreign aid if we are desperate for money. PETER J. F. WOODSFORD,
