IWG’s finance head departs

-

THE finance boss of serviced offices business IWG has quit in the wake of profit warnings.

Dominik de Daniel, who was also chief operating officer, is leaving to pursue other opportunities.

The business, which runs offices in about 3,000 locations in 100 countries, has been stretched by rapid expansion, issuing a second profit warning in eight months in June.

It has been trying to stay ahead of US start-up We Work, spending £230m on new office space. It has also faced pressure in the London market. Eric Hageman has been appointed interim finance boss.
