The future is looking Rosie for vegan perfume
EATING nothing but vegetables can lead to certain . . . ahem . . . aromas being produced.
But there’s nothing to be ashamed of in the latest trend for vegan perfumes. These ‘cruelty-free’ scents are not tested on animals, and contain only plant-based ingredients.
They avoid ingredients such as ambergris, a waxy substance from the digestive system of sperm whales, or musk, which is taken from deer.
Marks & Spencer’s Rosie Huntington-Whiteley perfume collection is clearly labelled as vegan. A 75ml bottle costs £28.
