Incredible pictures show a speeding van sailing over road signs after failing to stop at a roundabout.
The silver Citroen was seen careering down a dual carriageway before hitting the cambered edge of the roundabout and taking flight.
Motorcyclist Andy Daynes, 35, captured the drama on his helmet camera while riding behind the van on the A11 at Attleborough, Norfolk.
Mr Daynes, of Hingham, Norwich said: ‘I saw it all. I pulled over along with some other drivers to see if he was OK.
‘He had to be cut out of the van – but he seemed to be alright, he wasn’t badly injured. It is quite a bad roundabout, he just didn’t see what was coming because he was going so fast.
‘He was on his own, he had a few cuts and bruises but the ambulance came straight away and took him to hospital.’
Norfolk Police confirmed the incident happened on September 1 this year.
A spokesman said: ‘Three people were injured and taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.’
It added that an investigation into the crash is ongoing.
