THREE STEPS TO DELICIOUS
Yummy recipes from just 3 ingredients. This week:
1. LINE a 12-hole muffin tray with paper cases. 2. Melt half the chocolate in a heatproof jug in the microwave, heating it in 20-second bursts so it doesn’t burn, or in a heatproof bowl suspended over a saucepan of boiling water. Pour it into the cases. 3. Use a pastry brush or paintbrush to spread the chocolate half-way up each paper case, to create a shell for the peanut butter. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. 4. Once set, put a heaped teaspoon of peanut butter into each shell, smoothing down the top. Sprinkle over half the salt and put tray in the freezer for 15 minutes. 5. Melt the remaining chocolate and pour this over each cup. Sprinkle over the remaining salt and put back in the fridge for two hours to set.
