HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
WRITE to your airline and include the flight number, passenger names and details of the delay.
Include copies of your boarding passes and any information you were given by staff at the airport.
If your claim is rejected, you can escalate it to one of two ombudsman services: this may be AviationADR ( 020 3540 8063) or the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (020 7536 6099), depending on the airline.
