A WEEK later, just before 9am on March 16, Masood enters Enterprise Rent-ACar in Spring Hill. He is seen examining the Hyundai Tucson he would use in the atrocity. With an agent from the rental firm, he inspects the vehicle for damage as they stand outside the car hire centre. He looks at the driver’s side wing before appearing to gesture as to how broad the car is. He gets in with his completed rental paperwork. The employee bids him farewell and shuts the door politely.
