New casualty of TSB meltdown
TAINTED bank TSB is losing the executive responsible for compensating customers whose finances were wrecked by its IT meltdown. Remediation director Jonathan Hall exits at the end of September, leaving others to deal with 150,000 complaints.
Three other senior figures are also leaving, and disgraced chief executive Paul Pester was ousted earlier this month after a botched computing upgrade left 1.9m customers unable to access accounts, sparking a wave of fraud.
