Holly’s jolly smart move

HOW refreshing to see smart coats coming back into fashion. Holly Willoughby (above) in a Marks & Spencer pink coat was a sight for sore eyes. When I was a teenager, everyone had a ‘best’ coat. How different from the puffer jackets that are now worn by everyone as if they are a uniform. We need to get back to dressing up rather than the current dressing down. I would also like to see leggings banned. Comedian Max Wall would be amused at the sight of so many women wearing the garment that brought laughs galore whenever he wore them!
