F FIVE years ago, Sam E Evans and Shauna Guinn quit their City jobs and embarked on a r road trip across the U.S. to learn tthe secrets of American barbecue. Now, in this new series — which would perhaps have been better scheduled in July but is showing over three consecutive nights this week — the queens of barbecue will be sharing with us their love of outdoor cooking. Their mission is to celebrate the achievements of various community champions across Wales by throwing a series of parties aimed at bringing people together around the barbie. And there’s not a burnt sausage in sight.
