The manufacturer suggests a 30g serving, but that would hardly dent the appetite of a typical teenager — most would have two or three times that amount. It’s also not very high in protein, so without the benefit of some fruit or a small pot of yoghurt, you’re likely to feel hungry by mid-morning. HEALTH RATING: 2/10
