Why HAS Holly quit her lifestyle brand days before its launch?
SHE’S been trumpeting her new upcoming lifestyle brand for months, so there was mystery last night after Holly Willoughby suddenly announced she was stepping away from the venture.
The This Morning presenter, 37, said on social media that she wanted to focus on ‘family time at home’.
However, the timing could not have been worse – just days before the range, covering home, fashion, baby, wellness, living and travel, was due to be launched.
Earlier this month, Miss Willougby revealed she had secured a deal as the face of M&S as well as her other fashion commitments for website Very and her new role as standin host on I’m A Celebrity.
The mother-of-three is the majority shareholder and the face of Truly. Last night it was unclear if the project would still go ahead.
She set up the Truly Group in 2016 with Dragons’ Den mogul Peter Jones’ wife, Tara Capp.
In March this year Jones himself came on board as a director of the Truly Group. Representatives for Jones did not respond to questions about the future of Truly.
