Phil serves up a classic fudge

‘SPREADSHEET Phil’ Hammond was confronted with two plates of specially made Brexit fudge when he was interviewed yesterday by Nick Ferrari on LBC radio. ‘Chancellor, I’ve two for you to choose from. One is a hard Brexit fudge, and one is a soft fudge. Which one do you prefer?’ inquired Ferrari. ‘Having examined them carefully, I don’t recognise the difference between the two,’ said Hammond. ‘But I am prepared to take each one away and study them more closely.’ Sweet-talking Phil?
