Lord Sugar to bulldoze his mansion to build TWO more

-

IS ALAN SUGAR convinced that Jeremy Corbyn is about to seize power?

For The Apprentice star, who vowed to quit this country if the loony Leftie Labour leader ever becomes prime minister, has applied for permission to bulldoze his Essex mansion.

Lord Sugar of Clapton, 71, wants to build two new houses on the site of the existing one near Chigwell, which dates from 1908. The first of the proposed new houses will boast a family room, library, orangery, study and drawing room — but no boardroom — while the other will include three ‘master rooms’ and a courtyard.

As befits a peer of the realm, Sugar emphasises that restoration of a 300- year- old walled garden will be done by hand, thereby avoiding damage inflicted by machine tools.

Just the sort of job for a willing apprentice . . .
