IT’S finals week, and over the next four nights, the winning chefs from the eight regions will be setting out to convince the judges that their dishes should be on the menu at Friday’s banquet celebrating 70 years of the NHS. Today, it’s the starter course, and some of the chefs are finding their nerves are getting the better of them.
