Phoney charges

MORE than a million mobile users could be entitled to refunds for unfair charges. Some were charged for unwanted subscriptions while others were tricked into calling a high-cost directory enquiries line. The Phone-paid Services Authority says customers can claim refunds after it fined Xplosion, PowerTel and Tobaji for ‘misleading practices’. Contact the PSA on 0300 30 300 20.
