HARRY KANE was among six England players withdrawn early from training yesterday with the FA citing the need to give them rest. Understandably, that included the four involved in Liverpool’s Premier League draw with Manchester City on Sunday — Jordan Henderson, Joe Gomez, John Stones and Kyle Walker — while Jadon Sancho, 18, was allowed to break early after back-to-back starts for Borussia Dortmund. Kane’s premature exit will fuel speculation he is battling post-World Cup fatigue.
