Sam Cam’s bottom line: I don’t do jeans

‘I love jeans on other people, but they look awful on me because I’ve got a big bum and thighs,’ she says, although as recently as 2012 it was a very different story as my pictures of her with then-PM David show.

Sam Cam, 47, who runs the Cefinn label, revealed her fears at the launch of Anna Murphy’s book, How Not To Wear Black, at the Marylebone Rooms.

Anna tells me: ‘Sam and I have become friends as I was prepared to be in awe of her when I first met her, but she’s very approachable.’
