THE next series of Strictly should be called Politically Come Dancing, with all the music by Theresa May’s favourite group, Abba.

The first couple could be Theresa and Philip May dancing to Slipping Through My Fingers.

Jeremy Corbyn and Diane Abbott could waltz to Dream World. Frau Merkel and Jean-Claude Juncker could jive to Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!

The Macrons could charm us with their cha- cha- cha to When I Kissed The Teacher. Nicola Sturgeon and Alex Salmond could foxtrot to Dum Dum Diddle.

Boris Johnson and a lady of his choice could sashay to Take A Chance On Me.
