Dawn makes a spectacle of herself

COMEDIENNE Dawn French celebrated turning 61 yesterday with a chocolate cake bearing just four candles.

She posted a picture of herself leaning over the confection sporting a wacky pair of spiked, kaleidoscopic spectacles (right).

The gregarious actress has one adopted daughter from her former marriage to Sir Lenny Henry. ‘This is how we roll,’ Dawn captioned the image.
