Turkey shoot puts Rose in frame for No 1 spot

JUSTIN ROSE moved closer to regaining golf’s world No 1 ranking with an opening-round 65 at the Turkish Airlines Open yesterday. Rose, who won the £5.4million event in Antalya last year, fired an eagle and four birdies to finish one shot behind Ireland’s Paul Dunne. Rose spent two weeks as world No 1 in DILLIAN WHYTE and Dereck Chisora have confirmed they will fight at London’s O2 on December 22, as revealed yesterday by Sportsmail. Whyte, who beat Chisora by a split decision two years ago, said: ‘This will be Chisora’s last fight, the donkey’s last ride.’ Chisora said: ‘I was cheated in our first fight.
