He says that too many ‘talk as though they are mandated delegates rather than selfdeterm­ining representa­tives’. He accuses parliament­arians of abrogating responsibi­lity. It’s their job, he insists, to ‘resolve the crisis and fulfil their constituti­onal duty’.
