Celebrating Jennifer’s 50th, her ex Brad (and his old flame Gwynnie)
it’s been 14 years since they split... but they’re obviously still good Friends.
Jennifer Aniston celebrated her 50th birthday with a star-studded party – and sent an invite to exhusband Brad Pitt too.
the actor, 55, made a low-key entrance to the bash in Los Angeles wearing a flat cap in an attempt at going incognito.
But eagle-eyed fans were quick to spot the heart-throb turning up for his ex’s party at the swanky sunset tower Hotel.
Of course, being an A-lister, Miss Aniston’s guest list is bound to read like a who’s who of Hollywood royalty. And among the revellers was another of Pitt’s former love interests – his former fiancee Gwyneth Paltrow.
the actress, who dated Pitt from 1994 to 1997, dazzled in a shimmering metallic gown. Joining them at the landmark celebration on saturday were a bevy of the world’s biggest stars, including George Clooney and his wife Amal, Barbra streisand, Demi Moore, Reese Witherspoon, sandra Bullock and Robert Downey Jr. Miss Aniston, who turns 50 today, wore a sleek all-black jumpsuit with criss-cross detailing on the back, and looked relaxed and happy as she greeted her famous guests.
Pitt, who has been reportedly dating Charlize theron since January, is said to have remained close to Miss Aniston after their split.
He and the Friends star met on a blind date their respective agents set up in 1998, and quickly became Hollywood’s ‘it’ couple.
But the pair shocked fans when they announced the end of their five-year marriage in 2005.
After their split, it was revealed Pitt had already begun a relationship with Angelina Jolie, with the actress later confirming years later that they fell in love while filming the 2005 movie Mr And Mrs smith. Pitt and Jolie, who have six children, are now going through an acrimonious divorce following their 11-year relationship. Clooney has long been close to Miss Aniston, and has hosted her many times at his italian retreat in Lake Como. He left the bash hand-in-hand with motherof-two Amal, who wore a purple camisole dress.
